一、 綜合性原則:河道生態(tài)治理應(yīng)在保證河道防洪、排澇、引水等基本功能的前提下,充分考慮河流的生態(tài)功能、水質(zhì)凈化、生態(tài)景觀等功能的需要,同時兼顧親水活動的安全。
